About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team, focusing on the Market-oriented/Leadership Team. As a key member of our global Talent Acquisition Team, you'll lead and drive end-to-end sourcing strategies, partnering with leaders to source and attract top talent to Dynatrace.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive strategic searches for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace.
  • Attract top talent by pushing the status quo and finding innovative ways to attract the best candidates.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address strategic long-term needs, foster relationships with candidates, and cultivate internal partnerships.
  • Evangelize the Dynatrace brand as a passionate ambassador, working closely with our Employer Branding team.

What You'll Need

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience in technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
  • Experience in sourcing leadership profiles and a good understanding of the SaaS market.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Profound communication skills in English and the ability to lead meetings that facilitate thoughtful conversation.

Compensation and Rewards

  • Attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Minimum salary for this position is €45,000 gross per year based on full-time employment, with a higher salary offered in line with qualifications and experience.
