Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Application Manager (w/m/d) für unsere Abteilung Business Process Outsourcing. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie den Betrieb von wichtigen Services wie Finanz Online, ELGA, ELAK, Justiz 3.0, Unionszollkodex, AMS Applikationen und vielen mehr verantworten.

Aufgaben
  • Den stabilen Betrieb der von Ihnen betreuten Lösung im Rahmen des 2nd Level Supports sicherstellen.
  • Ticketanalyse und -bearbeitung, Fehleranalyse, Fehlerbehebung durchführen.
  • Mitarbeiten bei Deployments, wo die vom Software Engineering neu entwickelten Komponenten in den laufenden Betrieb überführt werden.
  • Die Überwachung der Applikation mit diversen Monitoring-Tools durchführen, um Fehlerquellen zu eruieren.
  • Log-Files heranziehen, um Störungen zu analysieren.
  • Bei auftretenden Störungen den Code interpretieren, Lösungsansätze finden und das Software Engineering Team (3rd Level Support) für den Anpassungsprozess einbinden.
  • Bei einigen Services Entwicklungen im Sinne des Dev Ops-Ansatzes direkt durchführen.
  • Störungen, die die Applikation betreffen, auf ihre Ursache hin untersuchen und notwendige Schritte einleiten.
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Universität) mit Schwerpunkt IT.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung.
  • Java-Knowhow (Code lesen, Entwicklung unter Verwendung von Spring bzw. Spring Boot).
  • IT-Infrastrukturwissen (Linux-Knowhow, idealerweise auch einen Überblick über Containertechnologien wie Kubernetes/Open Shift, Netzwerke, Storage u.ä.).
  • SQL-Knowhow.
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
