Digital Workplace Services Expert for CEE

The Modern Workplace team is responsible for delivering end-user-related infrastructure services and innovation to all business areas in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and service-oriented professional who feels comfortable working in a highly regulated banking environment.

Your mission at RBI

  • Supporting governance processes on workplace services
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing services to CEE units according to specified service levels
  • Controlling the proper use of Incident- & Problem-Management processes and tools
  • Escalation handling and reporting on management level

Your core competencies

  • Service management in an IT environment
  • Experience dealing with regulatory requirements preferred in the banking sector
  • Ability to handle outsourced services
  • Knowledge of IT service delivery and support processes
  • Project management capabilities and experience
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework
  • High level of initiative, persistence, flexibility, and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Superb command of English (German optional)
