Das erwartet Sie als Human Resources Coordinator:
- Personaladministration und -entwicklung
- Ansprechpartner*in für alle Lehrlinge, Praktikant*innen, Ausbilder*innen und Abteilungsleiter*innen
- Gestaltung der (Lehr-) Ausbildung und Nachwuchsförderung
- Kontakt zu Kooperationspartner*innen
- Unterstützung bei Employer Branding Maßnahmen
- Optimierung, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildung
Wir suchen nach:
- Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft und Menschen
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Erfahrung in der Personaladministration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil
