Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

At the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), we are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of IAEA staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, adult learning, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs on various topics, including HR management, leadership, and communication.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks to support staff development and growth.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the impact of training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and develop training solutions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their professional development.
Requirements
  • Advanced university degree in human resources management, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in HR, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, including online, face-to-face, and blended learning.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with knowledge of other official IAEA languages an asset.
