Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new HR systems, upgrades, and transitions to improve HR solutions and drive digitalization efforts in partnership with IT and vendors.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and global stakeholders to provide first-level support for user access, security settings, and technical resolution.
  • Lead system transition projects, implement new tools, and drive process improvements through automation and optimization while monitoring market trends.
  • Continuously update and optimize all HR systems, including recruitment, HR core, performance management, and other HR-related areas.
  • Serve as a trusted contact and primary expert for all HRIS-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user manuals, and training materials to support effective HRIS usage across the organization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations through regular audits.
Requirements:
  • A degree, ideally with an HR focus, or relevant professional experience, particularly in system implementations (HR or IT consulting).
  • Relevant experience in implementing and managing HR Information Systems.
  • Experience in leading HR projects, particularly in HR Information Systems and digitalization.
  • Proactive, extroverted team player with strong communication skills and service orientation.
  • Experience working with international and intercultural stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, digital competence, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data and information.
  • Structured and independent working style, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel).
  • Excellent English skills, German is a plus.

The annual gross salary for this position starts at € 50,000 (excl. bonus) with a willingness to overpay according to your qualifications and experience.
