Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine in Vienna, Austria.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our research team, including contract management, employee records, and payroll services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Prepare, process, and monitor contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Employee Records: Review and verify employee records, including monthly SAGE/dpw hours and leave.
  • Payroll Services: Serve as the contact point for external payroll services and HR-related audits.
  • HR Support: Provide HR support to employees, including answering HR-related questions and resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in human resources administration/management.
  • Excellent understanding of Austrian labor law.
  • Previous work experience in an international or scientific environment is an advantage.
  • Strong work ethic, high level of personal integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Reliable team player with customer service skills.
