Your Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive regulatory strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of regulatory affairs professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.

- Compliance: Ensure that all regulatory submissions and documentation meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
What You'll Bring:
- University degree in a relevant field, such as bio-medical or life sciences.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a regulatory affairs role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
