Electrical Engineer for 3D EMC Simulation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at AVL List GmbH. As an Electrical Engineer for 3D EMC Simulation, you will be responsible for building and analyzing 3D antenna models to optimize their efficiency and signal strength in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop 3D antenna models using advanced simulation tools
  • Analyze and optimize antenna efficiency and signal strength in different environmental conditions
  • Investigate and compare different antenna types and their performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna designs into vehicle systems
  • Document and present simulation results and findings

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in EMC simulation tools (e.g. CST Studio)
  • Strong knowledge of electro-technics and electronic circuits
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
