About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to join our Solution Architecture team at SAP AG. As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute complex data center transitions as part of cloud migration
  • Plan and execute S/4 HANA transitions for on-premise and cloud systems
  • Perform complex S/4 HANA conversions for technical core tasks
  • Provide expert guidance to the delivery team during the transition project
  • Support sales inquiries by developing solution concepts and cost estimates for projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Cloud Architecture, conversion, migration paths, methodology, and tools
  • Understanding of SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture and for network and virtual technologies
  • Experience with SAP HANA and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCS is an advantage)
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business engineering, or a specialized field
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills in German and English
