Luxury Front of House Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Agent to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna.

About the Role

As a Front of House Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our international guests. Your warm welcome and exceptional service will set the tone for their entire stay with us.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our guests, handling their luggage, and guaranteeing their satisfaction throughout their stay.

In addition, you will provide information about the hotel, receive couriers, and handle transport. You will also be responsible for the correct parking of guest cars and management of vehicle keys.

Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salesperson: Promote hotel services and amenities to guests
  • Luggage handler: Ensure efficient handling of guest luggage
  • Front desk agent: Provide check-in/check-out services, answer queries, and resolve issues
  • Courier service: Receive and deliver messages, packages, and other items
  • Parking attendant: Manage guest car parking and vehicle keys
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
