The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to lead its team of professionals in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality and spa management to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth.

About You:

  • You have previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end hotel or resort setting.
  • You possess subject-specific education or training in cosmetics and massage, as well as fluency in English (German skills and any other languages are an advantage).
  • You have a valid working permit for Austria and are available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • You are an outgoing and open-minded individual with leadership experience and resilience in peak times, with a sincere care for clients and their requests.
  • You have a friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
