Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM & Product Management Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing user manuals and product texts in our content management system, coordinating translations of product texts with our responsible team, and supporting our Product Management team at document changes in our quality management system.

Your Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain user manuals and product texts in our content management system
  • Coordinate translations of product texts with our responsible team
  • Support our Product Management team at document changes in our quality management system
  • Support our Product Management team in customizing our CRM system and at process optimizations
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a degree in Information Technology or process management, or multiple years of relevant professional experience. You should have a strong interest in working with technical documentation, CRM- and document management systems, and have a good understanding of MS Office. Additionally, you should have knowledge of database systems, programming experience, and process thinking.

  • HTL degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Technology or process management or multiple years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong interest in working with technical documentation, CRM- and document management systems
  • Good understanding of MS Office
  • Knowledge of database systems, programming experience, and process thinking
  • Solution-oriented and self-reliant approach, good written and spoken German and English skills

Further Information

Annual gross salary from € 40,363.26, based on professional qualification and experience.
