Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Learning Developer to join our team at MED-EL. As an E-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective E-Learning courses and programs for our employees, sales partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop E-Learning courses and programs based on instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and corporate design guidelines
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other departments to create clear and effective content
  • Oversee E-Learning projects from conceptualization to completion, using various authoring tools and formats
  • Organize and support live online training sessions and webinars using web conferencing tools
  • Closely collaborate with the team responsible for our corporate learning platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Relevant work experience and knowledge of instructional design and content creation with authoring tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical competences, as well as ability to manage projects independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with further languages an asset
  • Motivated personality with a well-organized and detail-oriented approach
