About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher to join our Dynatrace Research Lab, focusing on Generative AI. As a key member of our research team, you will contribute to the development of innovative technologies that help companies run better, safer, and more innovative software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in the field of Generative AI, enhancing current product capabilities with innovative customer value.
  • Bridge academic research and commercial technology development, collaborating with our development teams and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor PhD and master students, ensuring direction aligns with research strategy.
  • Contribute to the global research community, publishing and disseminating research findings in journals and speaking at conferences.
  • Actively participate in scientific and industrial cooperation projects.
Requirements
  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Track record of independent research in topics related to Generative AI.
  • Strong publication record of driving market-relevant research.
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written).
  • Proven track record of driving innovation towards product maturity.
  • Deep understanding of latest developments in Generative AI.

Compensation and Rewards
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
