About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of the general proposal/project lifecycle process. You will be comfortable working independently, with strong communication skills to influence and challenge bid team members. Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate tender documentation to identify key requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and actions.
- Provide feedback on bid requirements and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure all key stakeholders have access to bid documents.
- Organize and run calls with stakeholders, logging and assigning actions.
- Coordinate and edit bid input from various stakeholders.
- Coordinate proposal responses, ensuring adherence to established processes and branding guidelines.
- Monitor and mitigate risk throughout the bid process.
- Support the Proposals Manager and Proposals Specialist in complex bids.
