Strategic PMO Leader for Sustainable Packaging Solutions

We're seeking a strategic PMO leader to drive our mission of delivering outstanding circular packaging and sustainable technical plastic parts. Our team is passionate about creating a positive impact on the future of our world.
Your Challenge- Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and guidelines for Greiner Packaging's PMO.
- Create a Project Management Office with defined KPIs and project prioritization criteria.
- Advise management on decision-making to prioritize projects in the corporate center and global subsidiaries.
- Coordinate projects to ensure synergies and resources.
- Monitor the project portfolio's alignment with corporate strategy.
- Support initiatives from corporate strategy.
- Implement efficient strategy reporting and create documentation and presentations.
- Manage strategic area projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on project management.
- Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in a PMO role, in an industrial company or management consulting.
- Structured work approach and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Experience in cross-cultural environments.
- Lateral leadership experience is an asset.

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately $79,000, including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits. Depending on your qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
