About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to join our team at Greentube GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of four, dedicated to finding, attracting, and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition- and Employer Branding Specialists in Vienna.
  • Define and implement the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies aligned with business needs and company goals.
  • Drive initiatives to position Greentube as a leading employer in the market.
Your Profile
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or higher) in HR, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing processes.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Creativity and proficiency in crafting engaging communication materials.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on mentality with flexibility, reliability, and discretion.
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
