Join BRP-Rotax, a leading company in the powersports industry, and embark on an exciting career journey as a Functional Analyst HR. As part of our international team, you will play a crucial role in driving the further development of existing applications and preparing for S/4 HANA throughout the company.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the local and global IT team to drive the further development of existing applications and prepare for S/4 HANA.
  • Act as the interface to several specialists, mainly from the IT and HR department, and work closely with the internal business analyst team to translate business requirements into a functional design.
  • Contribute to the innovation lifecycle onsite, from R&D to industrialization and mechanical manufacturing, and fully automated assembly.
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of the business, leveraging your technical expertise and analytical skills.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical education or studies in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable IT role and industry.
  • Strong SAP knowledge, including ABAP programming and HCM module knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and system architecture.
  • Experience with ESS Fiori and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Excellent English language skills, with German knowledge being an advantage.

We Offer

A competitive salary, with a minimum of EUR 57.92 gross/year, and an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
