We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Payments Integration & Cash Mmgt. department at Erste Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth processing of national and international payment transactions and cash management services.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain our Host2Host solution, ensuring stability, development, and monitoring
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to document and structure requirements and design potential solutions
* Find solutions for customer requirements
* Regularly communicate with customers
* Be part of the whole chain from consulting, analysing of requirements, implementation, testing to operations

Requirements

* Technical knowledge about managed file transfer, protocols, networks, firewalls etc.
* Willingness to learn and deal with complex and critical systems of Erste Group
* Knowledge about security topics (data security etc.)
* Strong organization and communication skills, in German as well as in English
* Interpersonal skills and reliability in being a team member
* Customer-oriented
