As an Application Security Manager, you will be pivotal in defining application security across our comprehensive technology framework. You will also contribute as a Project Manager within our collaborative team, aiding in the design, development, and deployment of services and platforms for the Business Application sector. This is an opportunity to significantly influence application security in our dynamic, globally interconnected technology landscape.
Role ResponsibilitiesPROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this capacity, you will oversee and direct cross-functional (security) projects from the initial stages of requirements gathering to final delivery and ongoing support, adhering to Red Bull's IT project management standards. Your role will involve ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and assessing project progress through the development of targeted plans and schedules, which you will monitor regularly.
PROCESS OPTIMIZATION
Your responsibilities will include identifying and executing process enhancements to continually boost the efficiency, quality, and productivity of projects. You will routinely evaluate project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
You will collaborate with various IT departments to guarantee seamless integration and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Regular project meetings will be moderated by you, providing up-to-date information for management and all relevant stakeholders.
QualificationsA bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in an IT context.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices; PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
Experience in process development and enhancement.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks.
In-depth knowledge of software security.
Exceptional communication skills in English for articulating complex information clearly and effectively; proficiency in German is a plus.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and the capacity to make informed decisions.
Additional InformationDue to legal requirements, we must disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our competitive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above the stated minimum.
