We are seeking a highly skilled Global Distribution Strategist to drive the development, optimization, and deployment of Red Bull Distribution Management tools, systems, and processes. This role will ensure alignment and effectiveness in all markets where Red Bull is distributed through wholesalers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global distribution strategies to enhance RTM (Route-to-Market) performance.
- Support regions and markets through the Taskforce Program, designed to collaborate and enhance RTM performance.
- Identify distribution and execution opportunities to drive Reach (Distribution) and Win vs. Competition (Execution).
- Facilitate RTM setup process by guiding markets in identifying ideal distribution partners.
- Advise markets on optimal organizational structure for various RTM models.
University Degree or Equivalent Professional Experience
Fluent in English (must), Spanish & Portuguese (plus)
Minimum 3 years sales management experience in either Distribution, Wholesale or Key Accounts. Team management is a plus
Commercial and finance understanding
Ability to influence and manage key Stakeholders
Strong analytical skills using internal and external data sources
High level of proficiency in Sales applications, BI reporting, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus
Learner, self-motivated and able to work independently
A team player with great integrity
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Resilience and adaptability to solve problems and identify priorities in a fast-paced environment
