- Drive continuous improvement in laboratory processes, focusing on certifications, precise measurements, and compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Ensure effective operation and further development of laboratory management software (LMS) and relevant databases.
- Harmonize laboratory ecosystems, balancing technology, commercial considerations, and regulatory requirements across global locations.
- Strong technical background in electrical or electromechanical engineering and hands-on experience in laboratory operations.
- Proven expertise in standardization work and regulatory processes, including norms, certifications, and quality assurance.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement in laboratory environments, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Experience working in committees or industry groups, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to represent and advocate for the company's interests.
- Open-minded, with a leadership style that promotes a culture of feedback and collaboration within teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
