About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Experience Designer to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our product design team, you will be responsible for designing and shipping digital software products and systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user-centered digital products and systems that meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, and experience leads, to ensure consistency across design approaches
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies and apply them to our products
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital software products and systems
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
