About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Domain Architect to join our team at ÖBB-Konzern. As a key member of our Rail Logistics department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an architectural target image for our systems in rail logistics, particularly for the newly developed logistics platform MIKE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical solution strategies and architecture designs based on product requirements
  • Collaborate with product managers and agile delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Participate in overarching IT architecture initiatives
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts and feasibility analyses
  • Support the replacement of existing technologies
  • Contribute to the development of service-oriented architecture and cloud architecture
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT, logistics, or railway technology
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Experience in domain architecture in agile digitalization projects
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art IT technologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English and German
