We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our lighting components. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our lighting products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the lighting market, including trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product design, to define and launch new products and improve existing ones.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Work closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute launch packages, including user stories, videos, brochures, and images, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Present and train on product portfolios to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact and diplomatic negotiator for innovative lighting solutions, driving profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years of experience in a product-management role or working experience within the lighting industry with a track record of successful product launches.
- Solid knowledge in technical areas, such as production, software, and electronic engineering.
- Driven by curiosity, with a knack for understanding customer needs and a talent for driving product success.
- Team-oriented, entrepreneurial, risk-taking, and hands-on personality with a proactive, autonomous, collaborative, and organized working style.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, with German language skills a plus, and knowledge of other languages beneficial.
- Willingness to travel internationally and hold a valid driving license.
