OT Security Specialist for Industrial Network Security

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security Administrator to join our Manufacturing IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring security policies for our OT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust security policies for OT systems to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and threats in our OT systems and perform comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate potential risks.
  • Plan and execute risk assessments, security audits, and tests for our OT systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Configure and manage security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and anti-malware software to maintain the security posture of our OT systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure our OT systems meet the needs of the business and support the company's overall objectives.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least three years of experience in IT or OT cybersecurity, preferably in an enterprise environment. You should have excellent knowledge of network security, cybersecurity best practices, and experience with OT security technologies such as IEC 62443.

  • Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.

The formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is €41,691.44. Salary will be determined based on professional experience.
