About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our company's cash flows, forecasting financial performance, and mitigating financial risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate cash forecasts, ensuring timely and effective management of our company's liquidity.
  • Manage and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local banks and financial institutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
