About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Leader to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the vision, mission, and roadmap of our data acquisition capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the data acquisition capability, working closely with the leadership team to develop and execute the vision, mission, and roadmap.
  • Represent the leadership team and API of the capability, both internally and externally.
  • Understand and communicate the value proposition of the capability, identifying opportunities for customer and business growth.
  • Support the leadership team with strategy, key investment areas, and alignment with company business goals.
  • Drive resource planning, staffing, and cost management for the capability.
  • Promote product management methodologies, tools, and best practices through coaching, mentoring, and setting an example.
  • Drive capability initiatives to facilitate collaboration between departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent role in a software product company.
  • 3+ years in a product lead role, preferably with larger teams of 10 or more product managers.
  • Experience in application performance or cloud space.
  • Ability to handle complex conversations with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, hands-on mentality, and proactivity.
  • Clear sense of ownership and accountability, excellent communication skills, and strong bias for action.
