Expert Power Module Sintering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Power Module Sintering to join our team at Magna. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and industrialization of high-performance power modules for 800V SiC transfer-moulding half-bridges.
Your Responsibilities- Support and advise the development team on power module design and development, with a focus on sintering.
- Provide inputs for industrialization into the team.
- Define critical process steps and create an execution plan to minimize risks and support a safe start.
- Actively support the team with proven procedures and experiences.
- Promote and implement design improvements based on experience and expertise.
- Support PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Define and adapt existing development and production processes for power module design.

CompensationWe offer a fair and attractive compensation package. The gross annual salary (all-in) according to the collective agreement of the automotive industry is at least €x per year. An overpayment is practiced due to corresponding experience and qualifications.
