At Red Bull, we're on a mission to push the boundaries of what's possible. As a Digital Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

As a key member of our Audience Insights team, you'll focus on analyzing social channels like Instagram and TikTok, while also developing skills to analyze Earned (media coverage of Red Bull) and Owned (Redbull.com/Red Bull TV) channels. Your goal will be to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations that inform our content and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze social media data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform content and marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and analytics tools
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Media or Publishing industries
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Looker)
  • Good working knowledge of social media and associated analytics tools
  • Sharp analytical skills, with the ability to extract and analyze raw data and draw conclusions
  • Ability to transform findings into a clear and compelling story that drives positive action from the business

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
