Student Support Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized student to support our Data Warehouse and Group Data Integration tribe within Raiffeisen Bank International. As a Student Support, you will work closely with our Delivery Manager to facilitate Financial Controlling activities, assist with Onboarding Process for new employees, and support the organization of Team Events and Tribe Meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Delivery Manager with Financial Controlling activities
  • Facilitate Onboarding Process for new employees
  • Support with organization of Team Events and Tribe Meetings
  • Drive and manage tribe organizational tasks
  • Organize and manage our knowledgebase to keep it up-to-date

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing studies in project management, IT, or a related field
  • Excel expert with advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Management-level communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Team player with a customer-oriented approach, strong analytical skills with a result-oriented and structured mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • High level of commitment and motivation
