ERP System Specialist

ILF Consulting Engineers Austria GmbH is seeking a highly skilled ERP System Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the customization and technical support of the ERP system, including troubleshooting and module support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, conduct system tests, quality controls, and identify optimization potentials.
- Assist in training activities, documentation creation, and user onboarding for efficient use of ERP systems.
- Involvement in the development, maintenance of system integrations, data migrations, and staying updated on ERP trends and best practices.
- Support IT-related activities in projects and initiatives as needed.
- Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience or internship in the administration or technical support of ERP systems is advantageous.
- Required skills and competencies: Knowledge of ERP software such as Deltek Maconomy, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English language skills for international collaboration with colleagues.
- Location: Austria or Germany.
- Work permit in Austria required.
- Mandatory legal notice: The position advertised is subject to a minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement for employees in information and consulting with a willingness to overpay according to the collective agreement.
