Role Responsibilities

  • Engaging in the customization and technical support of the ERP system, including troubleshooting and module assistance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, perform system tests, quality controls, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Supporting training initiatives, creating documentation, and facilitating user onboarding for effective ERP system utilization.
  • Participating in the development and maintenance of system integrations, data migrations, and staying informed about ERP trends and best practices.
  • Assisting with IT-related activities in projects and initiatives as required.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: English, German

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience:

  • Prior experience or internship in the administration or technical support of ERP systems is advantageous.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Familiarity with ERP software such as Deltek Maconomy, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient English language skills for international collaboration with colleagues.

What We Offer

Location: Austria or Germany

  • Work permit in Austria is required.

Mandatory legal notice: The advertised position is subject to a minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement for employees in information and consulting, with a willingness to offer above the collective agreement based on relevant professional experience.
