We are embarking on a holistic Compliance Product Target Architecture initiative, aiming to harmonize data access and utilization for our stakeholders. This endeavor is not merely technical; it's a journey towards data-driven decision-making, enhancing compliance and governance within our organization.

Your Mission

Foster collaboration with Compliance, IT, and Business units to integrate best practices into our product ecosystem. Lead the development of a greenfield product by leveraging your regulatory knowledge and affinity for new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement transaction monitoring and risk assessment solutions to proactively manage and mitigate risk within the payments sphere.
  • Translate complex regulatory knowledge into practical, groundbreaking compliance tools.
  • Drive innovation within our compliance framework, setting new benchmarks for the industry.
Requirements

Knowledge/Interest in regulatory requirements, international standards, and best market practice related to Financial Sanctions, particularly on latest developments with regards to Russian and Belarus sanctions. Hands-on experience in Financial Sanctions, ability to analyze complex data, and expertise in payment business and SWIFT message formats (MT/MX).
