Job Description

As a key member of the ABB Schweiz AG team, we are seeking a highly skilled Head of Business Finance Planning to join our organization. This role will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic guidance and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Lead a team of financial analysts and planners to ensure effective delivery of financial planning and analysis services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling and financial analysis in an international company including leadership roles.
  • Sound knowledge in areas such as performance management, operational excellence, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Experience in data analysis and the use of corresponding tools (e.g., Excel, BI software).
  • Good knowledge of tax law.
  • Analytical skills, structured work approach, and high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in teams.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (company language is English); German is an advantage.
