About the Job

The IT Contract Manager will be responsible for monitoring the lifecycle of IT contracts, working closely with the Group Vendor and License Manager based in Austria. Key responsibilities include contract management, financial oversight, collaboration and communication, problem-solving, and discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee the management of IT contracts, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance.
  • Financial Oversight: Track and manage costs related to software licensing and IT contracts, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between IT, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth contract and license management processes.
  • Problem Solving & Self-Organization: Identify gaps in information and take initiative to seek out missing details. Self-organize and prioritize tasks where no clear guidelines exist, maintaining structure and efficiency in a dynamic environment.
  • Discipline & Attention to Detail: Keep meticulous records of contracts, and associated documentation. Maintain consistency and discipline in managing deadlines, deliverables, and administrative tasks.
About You

We're looking for a strong candidate with a background in IT systems and contract management. Your ability to manage contracts and budgets with accuracy, excellent communication skills, and capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. Experience with contract management software and tools is an advantage.

Salary:

The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is €3,000 (including an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
