Job Description

PlanRadar GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Global Email Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global email marketing campaigns to engage and convert PlanRadar prospects and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in email marketing automation and a proven track record of delivering results. You will be responsible for leading the concepting, execution, and analysis of global email marketing campaigns, as well as partnering closely with the Revenue Operations function to ensure campaign effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns tailored to each stage of the customer journey, including acquisition, development, churn prevention, and reactivation. Additionally, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a rigorous testing strategy to gain insights into customer segments, behaviors, and lifecycle stages.

The successful candidate will be a strong collaborator able to work cross-functionally, especially closely with sales teams. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding regional teams in campaign execution and planning processes, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
