Treasury Manager

About the Role:
The Treasury Manager will work closely with other departments to produce monthly cash forecasts and manage foreign exchange risk. This role involves managing bank accounts and local banking relationships, as well as participating in regional treasury projects and leading special treasury projects locally and potentially in the central EMEA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review the company's monthly cash forecasts and provide updated reporting in the online tool dedicated to international treasury management.
- Ensure accurate reporting of bank account information in the company's online account management tool.
- Work with local partnership banks to implement new banking agreements, including those related to cash pooling and credit facilities.
- Review and document the company's foreign exchange exposure resulting from purchasing and sales contracts in foreign currency, and cover foreign exchange exposure in accordance with company policy using online treasury tools.
- Perform liquidity analysis of company joint ventures and propose dividend distribution using the online dividend tool.
- Drive and manage treasury projects both locally and throughout the eastern EMEA region.
- Provide regular updates of local treasury activities to the Director - Treasury Operations EMEA.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years in a financial position, such as Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
- Bilingual German/English is a requirement, with Czech language skills appreciated.
- Knowledge of treasury systems is a plus, such as KYRIBA or SAGE XRT.
- Limited travel within the central EMEA region may be necessary.
