About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Key Account Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our On Premise Key Account team, you will play a crucial role in securing new business with major global accounts and developing strategic partnerships to boost Red Bull's distribution and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Winning New Business: Support the International Key Account Manager in securing top-down agreements with global Tier 1 Limited-Service Restaurant target accounts by executing key projects derived from our global LSR strategy.
  • Support Markets on Winning New Business: Support our top markets in executing a global strategic approach to win new business with Tier 1 and 2 target accounts, focusing on developing sustainable distribution and volume while establishing strong local partnerships.
  • Manage Business: Work closely with the Global and local Trade Marketing Teams to develop and implement robust Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that ensure sustainable growth and excellence in execution.
  • Further Development of Strategy and Tools: Further develop and integrate the Red Bull Strategy towards Global Strategic Accounts in LSR into our overall Global On Premise Strategy, utilizing current tools and enhancing and adapting them for efficient account acquisition, management, and tracking.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience with Account Management, ideally within the On Premise or FMCG business.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, prior experience with SAP a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business topics into practical and relevant terms.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, self-directed, innovative, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a minimum salary of EUR 2.229,00 gross per month, and a dynamic work environment that values diversity and supports people in developing their potential and strengths.
