This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Solutions Architect to join our Solution Consulting team, supporting Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. You will have a major impact on our future success by guiding revenue growth and working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support product sales as a technical expert, providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and deliver product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on product features and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and Servicenow colleagues.
  • Develop strategic programs in top accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to identify product enhancements that address customer needs and provide feedback on additional value.
  • Share best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance team efficiency.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in (product specific area).
  • Proficiency with the Servicenow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Product Management, Product Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on technical consultant role that requires advanced skills in solution delivery and solution positioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Servicenow platform and be able to develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles.
