Production Engineering Team Member

AT&S, a leading global manufacturer of high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards, is establishing a unique research and development center with an integrated serial production at its Headquarters in Leoben.

We are looking for dedicated talents who want to shape the future of our interconnected world by focusing on IC substrate technologies and packaging solutions for the semiconductor industry.

About the Role

In this role, you will ensure smooth production processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain process stability while adhering to safety standards and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation and standardization of production processes in collaboration with Process Engineering, Quality, and Environment, Health & Safety departments.
  • Training of team leaders and operators, maintaining up-to-date training materials for production tasks.
  • Support predictive and preventive maintenance, collaborating with maintenance engineers on data collection.
  • Participation in approval procedures with process, quality, and maintenance engineers after machine changes or downtime.
  • Contribution to cost-saving and process improvement projects, ensuring process stability by monitoring and analyzing production data.
About You
  • Technical education (HTL or higher), ideally with first experience in the electronics industry.
  • Proficiency in German and English, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze data, and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work in a 5-shift model and cleanroom environment.
  • Basic IT skills (Word, Excel) and openness to travel for training.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to work in a multicultural team.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated annual salary: €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer competitive salaries and benefits based on performance, experience, and qualification.
