Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of design professionals
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
- Ensure accountability for budget compliance, project timelines, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement effective measures
- Act as the primary technical liaison for product and project management, procurement, assembly, and service departments
Qualifications:
- Solid technical background (HTL, FH, TU), preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
- Extensive professional experience in a comparable role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a quick grasp of technical concepts
