Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with corporate projects, including RB Leipzig and Red Bull Salzburg, to increase sales and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain international key accounts to deliver growth and profitability.
  • Analyze sales data to drive actionable insights and implement long-term sales drivers.
  • Prepare and maintain order sheets, elaborate price offers, and presentations for collections.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, Football Clubs, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • German native speaker and fluent in English.
  • Project management and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Strategic ability to develop specific, valuable, innovative, and commercially focused strategies.
  • Self-starter personality with an innovative, analytical, accurate, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Analytical skills, including strong planning and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
