Job Title: Profitability Systems Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Profitability Systems Project Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative system solutions that drive business insights and profitability across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and design system enhancements and new technologies to improve user experience, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
  • Implement CPM tools in subsidiaries worldwide and ensure correct processes are in place for customer profitability analysis.
  • Act as a point of contact for local Key Users and provide support for tool questions and system issues.
  • Collaborate with teams from International Sales, IT, Data Supply Chain, and Operations to align on short- and long-term strategy.
  • Ensure proper system functioning, find efficiencies, and tackle areas of opportunity concerning system handling and related business processes.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Project Management, IT, Finance, or Controlling.
  • University Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills and technical affinity, familiarity with ERP systems or integrated business analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in project management and creating reporting solutions.
  • Understanding of complex technical solutions and general technical affinity.
