About the Role

We're looking for a talented Software Architect to join our team at PRODYNA AG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on technical architecture for new or existing business applications, considering performance optimizations and security issues.
  • Lead software development projects of various sizes and serve as the direct contact for technological specialties.
  • Develop integrated customer-specific solutions using a diverse technology stack, including Java, C#, .Net, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
  • Accompany projects and customers from the pre-sales phase to implementation, providing independent consultation.
  • Have a dedicated area of responsibility, mentor colleagues, and contribute to shaping PRODYNA's culture.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in software development and technical project management.
  • In-depth technological knowledge in enterprise and business application development, including cloud environments.
  • Constant willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
  • Strong communication skills, self-confidence, and a 'hands-on' personality.
  • Fluency in German and English, with a team player mindset and technical leadership abilities.
