Location: Lech am Arlberg, Vorarlberg, Austria (hotel/restaurant environment)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef / Patissier to join our team at a 4*S Hotel in Vorarlberg, Austria. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare mis-en-place for all menus, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare, cook, and present desserts consistently to hotel/restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed by Senior Chefs.
  • Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and tidy at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience as a Patissier in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and on occasion, early mornings.
  • Fluency in German or English.

Salary: EUR 2,650.00 gross per month (based on full-time employment), with willingness to overpay.
