Job Title: Pastry Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a 4*S Hotel in Vorarlberg, Austria.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare mis-en-place for all menus
  • Prepare, cook and present desserts consistently to hotel/restaurant standards
  • Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings and on occasion, early mornings
  • Fluency in German or English
