Job Title: Implementation Specialist

At the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), we are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, managing databases, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide travel and visa support to meeting participants.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a clerical/administrative position, preferably in an international organization.
  • Excellent oral and written command of English.
  • Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish) is an asset.
