Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Business Analytics solution as a key member of our Dynatrace team. As a Solution Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product and go-to-market strategy, prioritizing and reporting towards goals, and maximizing overall business outcome and customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Business Analytics solution like a new emerging and fast-growing startup, building on the latest Dynatrace innovations, benefiting from an established platform, large enterprise customer base, and strong partner ecosystem.
- Define and execute the product and go-to-market strategy, prioritize and report towards the goals, and maximize overall business outcome and customer value.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure Dynatrace remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Achieve solution goals and KPIs (e.g. ARR, growth, delivery) in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
- Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive growth to a multi-hundred-million dollar solution, in tight teamwork with the other Dynatrace capabilities.
- Represent the company and the solution in webinars, shows, conferences, analyst briefings.
- 15+ years of experience in the software/technology industry (SaaS).
- 10+ years in a Product Management leadership role.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, ideally enterprise software, cloud, and SaaS solutions, with focus on end user and business analytics.
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, complemented with seasoned experience in working with global enterprise customers and B2B partnerships.
- Lead by excellence, not just manage and execute successfully in an agile team setup.
- Be highly self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing & presenting solutions to complex and unique problems.
- Outstanding communicator and presenter with excellent social skills.
- Ability to communicate thoughts and business ideas clearly in a C-level setting/environment.

We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
